Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Sportsbook Executive to join our growing Sportsbook team.
In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day operational, commercial and risk activities of the Sportsbook vertical, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, strong risk control and an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with Trading, Risk, CRM, Marketing, Content and Customer Support teams, contributing directly to business performance and long‑term growth.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, regulated environment, ideal for someone passionate about sports betting who wants to develop their career within a leading sportsbook operation.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Monitor betting activity, markets and liabilities to identify risks, trends and commercial opportunities
Analyze daily risk and performance reports, identifying exposure and taking corrective actions when required
Support and propose continuous improvements to risk management strategies, processes and controls
Take full ownership of sportsbook content and promotional calendars, ensuring all on‑site and off‑site content is accurate, compliant, relevant and fully up to date
Act as a key point of contact for sportsbook promotions execution, ensuring correct setup, validation, QA and customer‑facing visibility
Review and analyze the quality of trading across sports, leagues, markets and selections, providing clear recommendations for improvement
Profile and manage different types of sportsbook customers, considering behaviour, preferences and risk profiles
Work closely with CRM, Content and Marketing teams, contributing to the design, execution and optimisation of promotions, campaigns and engagement initiatives
Coordinate with Product, Frontend and Tech teams to ensure sportsbook features, promotions and content are correctly implemented across web, mobile and app
Be responsible for validating end‑to‑end promotional flows, including rewards, payments, settlements and customer experience
Collaborate closely with the Risk Prevention & Fraud department to identify, investigate and prevent sportsbook‑related fraud
Handle sportsbook‑related customer service queries and escalations, providing clear, timely and accurate responses
Contribute proactively to the continuous development and enhancement of sportsbook tools, workflows and processes, driving efficiency, quality and scalability
Demonstrate a mindset of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, always aiming for operational excellence and flawless execution
What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications
Fluent professional level of English and Spanish
Demonstrable experience working in a Sportsbook or sports betting environment
Strong passion for sports and betting, with a solid understanding of sportsbook operations and lifecycle
Knowledge or experience of the Spanish regulated betting market
Highly professional attitude with strong ownership and accountability
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment
Proactive, well‑organized and highly detail‑oriented
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
