Contracts Team Leader

During the Pre-tender stage: Reviewing existing contracts during the various stages of the project, in addition to supervising the tender documents, discussing and reviewing the contract terms, requesting the amendment of any inappropriate clauses or extending the contract if necessary, reviewing the administration regarding everything related to the rights and duties stipulated in the contracts submitted. During the award stage: following up with all assigned projects ensure compliance with the contracts and review and follow up with the team for all necessary correspondences; attend all necessary internal/external meetings.
