Job Description
The Credit Card Sales Sales Executive is responsible for driving credit card acquisition through a team of Sales Executives and channel SRMs/DSTs. The role focuses on achieving business targets, managing team productivity, ensuring compliance, and building strong channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new credit card
Source and acquire new credit card customers through branch banking and open market activities.
- Generate leads from existing bank customer
Generate leads from existing bank customer databases and walk-in customers.
- Explain product features, benefits
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Ensure end-to-end completion
Ensure end-to-end completion of customer application forms and required documentation.
Maintain daily sales productivity and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Coordinate with branch staff and relationship managers
Coordinate with branch staff and relationship managers for lead generation and conversions.
- Compliance and process guidelines
Ensure adherence to bank compliance and process guidelines.
- Maintain proper follow-up
Maintain proper follow-up on pending applications for higher conversion ratios.
- Participate in sales campaigns
Participate in sales campaigns, contests, and promotional activities launched by the bank.
