We bring together strategists, storytellers, and creators to help brands and leaders earn attention, trust, and relevance in a public environment shaped by platforms, algorithms, and generative AI. That requires deep audience understanding, strong judgment, and communications that feel credible, human, and timely. Across markets and categories, we partner with organizations of all sizes to navigate change, build connection, and strengthen their role in culture and community. It’s our people, their curiosity, craft, and care for the work, that turns strategy into stories and ideas into lasting impact. You’ll oversee the day-to-day client relationship—driving success and account growth—while managing a cross-functional team to deliver standout work. Balancing priorities such as budgets, resourcing, and timelines, you’ll help ensure agency revenue and profitability, anticipate client needs, and inspire partners with what’s possible. Be a go-to leader within MSL’s Earned Media Centre of Excellence: share weekly media and culture insights, build and strengthen journalist relationships across Canada, and coach teams through pitching and media relations best practices. Shape senior-level influencer strategy—from creator selection and storytelling approach to amplification guidance and performance optimization. Use data, platform signals, and human insight to develop ideas that feel credible, timely, and built for how people discover and share. Lead measurement and reporting—setting KPIs, tracking performance, and telling a clear story of impact and ROI. Build deep client relationships and translate business goals into powerful multi-platform strategies. Provide senior level influencer strategy including amplification guidance Drive seamless delivery across partners—aligning roles, resourcing, and timelines, and ensuring work ships with quality and craft. Support account growth and new business by spotting opportunities, building strong POVs and presentations, and bringing forward what’s next. Manage the operational backbone—SOWs, invoices, forecasts, and quarterly planning—to protect great work and healthy accounts. Mentor and develop talent with clarity, kindness, and high standards—creating a team environment where people do their best work. Qualifications 5–8 years of relevant experience, including client service at a creative/PR agency (brand-side marketing experience is a plus). Strong social marketing foundation (organic + paid) with experience leading social-first, integrated campaigns. Influencer strategy experience, including creator relationships, campaign approach, and performance optimization. Comfort working with global client teams and partner agencies; confident presenting to senior stakeholders and executives. A strategic, creative thinker with strong organizational skills—able to move between big-picture direction and hands-on delivery. Data- and insight-literate: comfortable with measurement, reporting, and turning performance signals into smarter work.
