The Field Support Technician is responsible for the professional installation and commissioning of Trimble 2D and 3D machine control systems and telematics on all machine types. Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Primary resource in providing on machine installation, repair, and maintenance on Heavy Civil Construction technology at the customer's site or shop setting.
- Ensures the operational quality of the system by documenting post-installation tests
- Provides on-site troubleshooting as requested by the sales and technical support organizations
- Ensures that installation and other work necessary is completed on time.
- Documents and reports field activities as well as being pro-active in creating process improvements
- Drives revenue based upon performance of services for construction machine customers
- Any other duties as assigned
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
