Job Description

You will report directly to our Contracts Performance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management process, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell's service operations. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing the contract renewal process and entering new contracts into Honeywell Systems. This includes responding to inbound customer and sales calls and emails regarding contract status, proposals, pricing, scope/entitlements, and other contract related inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quoting and managing contract renewal opportunities.
  • Ensure contract renewals are quoted and renewed on time.
  • Enter new and renewal contracts into Honeywell Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the contract management process. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in managing contract renewals in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting related to contracts.

  • Attention to detail, effective communicator and strong organizational skills.
  • A knowledge of principles and best practices in (customer service)
  • Experience with SAP, SFDC, Excel, etc.
