YOUR TASKS
You are the primary contact person for employees and managers within a defined business area regarding all questions related to employee engagement, people development, and organizational culture.
You act as a strategic partner for managers in the areas of team building, talent retention, leadership development, and performance management.
You are responsible for planning, implementing, and sustaining personnel development measures for employees and managers in the defined business area, ensuring alignment with business goals and long‑term talent strategy.
You handle the planning, facilitation, and moderation of workshops, for example in the areas of talent management, feedback culture, performance evaluation processes, employee engagement, and leadership skills.
You accompany individual development and promotion measures for employees and managers, including coaching, career pathing, high‑potential development, and personalized growth plans.
You manage the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs, covering technical, behavioral, and leadership development, including needs assessment, content creation, and impact evaluation.
You support the organization in establishing structured engagement and feedback mechanisms, such as pulse surveys, stay and exit interviews, continuous feedback loops, and initiatives to strengthen the employee experience.
You ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and German labor law, including collaboration with employee representative bodies such as the Betriebsrat, ensuring that all HR processes and initiatives follow legal requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, with solid and proven experience in information technology companies, software environments, or comparable digital agencies.
You have successfully implemented employee engagement measures and have experience in designing and implementing personnel development initiatives.
You have strong experience with performance evaluation processes, continuous feedback models, and competency‑based development frameworks.
You have very good English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Portuguese or German is a plus.
You shine with strong moderation and communication skills, and you are comfortable facilitating workshops and discussions with diverse groups.
You have a confident and self‑assured demeanor, even at the management level, and can influence and advise stakeholders effectively.
You have practical coaching experience, ideally enriched by relevant training or certifications such as ICF or EMCC.
Bonus: You already have extensive knowledge of German labor law, especially regarding collaboration with the works council (Betriebsrat), and/or familiarity with Portuguese labor legislation.
