As a Carrier Account Representative, your primary responsibility will be to support our Customer Account Executives by servicing our customers' transportation needs and driving revenue.

- Communicate with Customer Account Executives to help service, build, and grow their book of business.
- Help manage and grow an established book of business by assisting with quoting, negotiating, selling, and resolving issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of each shipment.
- Address any internal matters related to the daily activities of the book of business, such as potential claims, service failures, and accounting responsibilities as needed.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not required.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address conflict directly and professionally.
