Are you seeking to strengthen your career in financial planning and analysis while working with international stakeholders

We are hiring a Finance Analyst FP&A to join our global Finance team, supporting Australian stakeholders and working closely with the FP&A function to deliver high quality financial insights, reporting and analysis that supports business performance

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong commercial finance capability, gain exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes, and build stakeholder confidence in a global business environment

About the role Support preparation of core finance deliverables including profit and loss budgets, sales budgets and revenue forecasting Assist in monthly reporting, analysis and investigation of performance results Provide financial reporting support and insights to stakeholders across the business Build strong working relationships with finance and business stakeholders Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs Support finance due diligence activities for potential business opportunities What we are looking for Solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence working with data Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with stakeholders Diploma or degree in Finance, Business or a related field Experience in financial services, insurance or banking is advantageous Experience with finance accounting and/or data visualisation platforms desirable eg TM1, Oracle, PowerBI Why this role is a strong move Exposure to international stakeholders and finance processes Opportunity to build experience in budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis Develop strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team If you are early to mid-career Finance professional looking for a role in FP&A or want to move from Accounting/reporting into a more commercial role; you enjoy working with stakeholders and contributing to business decisions, then this role is for you – apply now
