Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Good To Have Skills: Web Application Development. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
