Job Description
This position offers significant opportunity for growth and the opportunity to work under a classically trained chef as we create one of the best Pastry and Baking departments in Colorado. Requires learning how to provide the highest level of quality and customer service in every circumstance. Responsibilities include prep, set up and preparation of quality products in all areas of the Pastry/Bake Shop including breakfast pastries, breads, dough’s, ice creams, sorbets, creams, syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces, cakes, amenities, truffles, garnishes, cookies, petites fours, coffee cookie and praline, in accordance with departmental quality standards
