
Talent Strategy Consultant (maternity cover)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional to join our European Consulting Team as a Talent Strategy Consultant, focused on supporting our clients and business across Europe in the field of Talent & Reward (Compensation & Benefits). Depending on your background and level of experience, you will support HR consulting analysis and work in the field of HR Rewards (Compensation & Benefits). Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters across Europe and subsidiaries of large global multinationals. You will regularly work closely with clients and a network of colleagues around the world.
This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and is offered as a hybrid position.
We will count on you to:
Deliver consulting input on international reward structures and principles as part of client C&B projects.
Produce reward-related analyses and client deliverables (benchmarking, pay reviews, total reward statements, policy documentation).
Support the development and implementation of job structures, grading and job architecture exercises.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify/execute business growth opportunities across European markets.
Collaborate with cross‑European teams and the central Warsaw hub to deliver projects end‑to‑end.
What you need to have:
Strong specialist knowledge in HR rewards, compensation & benefits, and job structures.
Preferably 4+ years’ experience in reward consulting and/or an in‑house reward role within a larger organization.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong personal drive to deliver high‑quality outputs on time.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
What makes you stand out:
Commercial mindset and an international outlook — comfortable advising clients across multiple European markets.
Experience with IPE, job architecture, and grading frameworks.
Proficiency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, German) is highly recommended.
Project management, process development, or business development experience.
Strong data skills and a passion for translating data insights into practical client recommendations.
