The Associate Producer, reporting to the Senior Manager Content Operations, is responsible for helping to build our livestreaming and social content function from the ground up, and establishing processes that will allow for the output of high volume, high quality live and short form content for all shopping platforms.
You'll be responsible for pre-production, studio production, and post production tasks for a unique, innovative production method with the goal of efficient creation of live and short form content intended for use on a variety of platforms. In studio - you will be hands on, acting as the point of contact for the content team members during their assigned shifts in the, coordinating all the necessary production information/needs while communicating effectively with our talent, and ensuring final delivery of content to our partners on cross-functional teams.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our west Chester, PA headquarters daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- You will need to be available to work any day of the week, and comfortable working both day and night shifts.
What You'll Do
- Develop efficiencies in pre-production processes to put together host and producer notes for a high volume of products that will be going through various livestreams on a regular, consistent basis.
- Work with Producers assigned to coordinate and assist with live and short form social content production and help to deliver final, quality controlled content to platform owners, filling in for any of the producer roles as necessary
- Identify, troubleshoot and communicate any workflow issues and look for opportunities to streamline production
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social and short form content production to maintain a cutting-edge approach to content creation and delivery
- Regularly review content metrics with management team to evaluate production elements that increased viewership/engagement/conversion within customer base; discuss, determine and implement next steps surrounding data.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in television/media production or related field.
- Undergraduate degree in Television/Media Production, Communications or a related field is required, and a working knowledge of a live studio environment.
- Knowledge of Video Production equipment and Editing Platforms (Adobe Premiere, Capcut) and vast knowledge of Social and Streaming Best Practices and trends
