As a Welcome Talent, you will be at the heart of daily departmental operations, serving as the ambassador for the W spirit, concept, and brand standards. Your mission? Greet our guests with enthusiasm and professionalism from check-in to check-out, creating a WOW effect at every step and anticipating their needs with finesse.
Your innate passion for our brand will enable you to advise guests on hotel services, stay conditions, and any other inquiries, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
You will also handle communication with guests via phone and email, and relay essential information to various hotel departments. Verifying services, invoicing, processing payments, and monitoring deferred payments will also be part of your responsibilities.
PROFILE
Previous experience in front desk operations in a 5-star hotel.
Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
Highly motivated and passionate about the realms of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position to be filled now for long term contract
