Job Description
The Bellmoor Concierge is a self-motivated, guest-focused ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, elevated guest experiences while supporting Front Desk operations and overall hotel initiatives. This role serves as a central knowledge resource for the property, local area, and hotel-hosted events, while maintaining and curating guest information systems including the Guest Library, hotel signage, and digital concierge platforms such as Monscierge.
This position is overseen by the Front Office Manager and works closely with the Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences and consistent communication across departments.
