We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Trade Marketeer in the UK & Ireland team. Based in our Slough Head Office, to lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns, in a robust commercial business unit with a wonderful brand. Core Responsibilities
Local deployment of regionally created BTL Adult and Preschool campaigns ensuring they are fit for purpose and implemented through the line.
Set the strategic trade marketing direction and planning for the eCommerce channel to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact
Act as a mentor to the Assistant Trade Marketing Managers to ensure they have the required toolkits to deliver campaign excellence (to upskill in eCommerce planning, executions, and innovations).
Responsibility for planning and designing the retail media strategy for trade marketing and supporting the team to implement the plans set.
Management of a £2m+ budget, driving effective spend across themes/ customers to achieve key marketing objectives ensuring a strong return on investment.
Evaluation of key BTL campaign executions to ensure a continuous improvement approach that has a strong commercial impact.

The team’s purpose is to drive sales performance through the best possible brand experience in retail, engaging and inspiring our shoppers and consumers. To do this the role will be about pulling ‘through the line’ brand and themed campaigns, crafting impactful, engaging and conversion driving retail executions.
Do you have what it takes?
Direct commercial experience in a trade marketing role (preferably for a high impact consumer goods company) delivering into major UK retailers.
A thorough understanding of the eCommerce retail landscape and the strategic impact of all trade marketing activities.
Extensive experience planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns (both offline and online) for third-party retailers.
Ability to lead, drive and deliver on multiple campaigns and activities at the same time
A proactive approach and proven track record to adapt to an evolving and dynamic environment.
Detailed analytical and budget responsibility experience.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
A collaborative approach with an ability to work with a wide range of partners & agencies
