- Implement the PPM Program and schedule of all kitchen and laundry equipment’s in the Hotel.  - Follow up local authority requirement maintenance plan for kitchen equipment’s. - Keep record and coordinate with hygiene manager to make sure all requirements are filled up for HACCP. -
