Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor works closely with Scheduler and ensures the delivered schedule is put in place to meet quality and delivery demands. Will prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of all work and projects assigned to the department. Act as a resource to other departments and direct reports to address and resolve inquiries and issues. Participate in planning production scheduling, staffing requirements, and manufacturing controls. Ensure the manufacturing of the highest quality of products at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer quality and delivery requirements. Oversee the implementation and training of manufacturing related programs. Administer and ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
