[主な職務内容] Key Responsibilities

  • 社内デジタル変革(DX)プロジェクトおよびイニシアチブを支援する
  • Windowsベースのシステムおよびアプリケーションの設計、開発、保守を行う
  • ノーコード開発ツールのエンジニアリングおよび実装に参加する
  • 業務効率とワークフロー自動化を向上させるための社内ツールを開発する
  • 社内各部門と連携し、ビジネス要件を理解し、技術的なソリューションを提供する
  • システムの保守、トラブルシューティング、継続的改善活動を支援する

 

  • Support internal digital transformation (DX) projects and initiatives
  • Design, develop, and maintain Windows-based systems and applications
  • Participate in the engineering and implementation of no-code development tools
  • Develop internal tools to improve operational efficiency and workflow automation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

  • Windows系システムの構築
  • Microsoft 365、Teams、Outlookの基礎知識

 

  • Building Windows-based systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Outlook

 

■尚可要件■ Good to Have

  • 業務システムの基礎知識(間接、生産業務)
  • JUST.DB、Kintone、PowerUppsの経験者
  • Microsoft SQLServer、PostgreSQLの知識
  • サーバ・クライアントシステムの基礎知識
  • ネットワークの基礎知識

 

  • Basic knowledge of business systems (indirect and production operations)
  • Experience with JUST.DB, Kintone, and PowerUpps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Basic knowledge of server-client systems
  • Basic knowledge of networks

 

■語学力■ Language Skill

  • 英語‐ 必須ではない
  • 日本語‐ JLPT N2 以上
