The Sales Engineer will be a key driver in the Moog Korea within IG EHPS (Industrial Group, Electro-Hydraulic Products and Services). responsible for expanding our footprint in electro-mechanical and motion and control industries in Korea, collaborating with other Moog entities across the globe. This role focuses on scaling up our presence in advanced Motion Control and Electro-Mechanical Solution (EMS) within heavy and large-scale manufacturing industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities in Korea’s heavy industries and specialized manufacturing sectors with electro-mechanical solutions.
- High-Level Technical Consultancy: To analyze customer pain points and provide tailored technical specifications with a strong emphasis on Electro-Mechanical solution (EMS).
- System Calculation & Integration: Lead system calculations, precision sizing, and the technical selection of Moog products, ensuring seamless integration into the customer's existing or new systems for optimal performance.
- Sales pipeline Management: Maintain high operational standards using core business tools (SAP, CEM, and Horizon) to track, manage, and forecast the sales lifecycle.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to obtain actionable insights into competitor movements and emerging industry trends within various markets in Korea to support strategic decision-making.
