EBlock is a digital wholesale dealer-to-dealer automotive auction marketplace. We are focused on growing our customer base by offering exceptional service and building strong, durable relationships with our dealers.
The Customer Experience Strategist will own the strategy and execution of the end-to-end dealer experience. This role requires a self-starter who can strategically manage multiple projects, leverage cross-functional teams, and use a data-driven approach to optimize the customer journey and maximize the company's ROI.

What You Will Do:
The role will lead strategic projects and initiatives focused on improving the EBlock platform and dealer workflows, including:
- Process Optimization: Optimizing the sales resolution process, If bid optimization, Appraisal optimization, CRM Optimization, and Inside sales optimization (Zoho, Workflow, Incentives, etc)
- Market Growth and Strategy: Leading new market efforts
- Customer Insight and Engagement: Designing the new customer journey, improving customer reporting and sales internal reporting, and ensuring quality with regular dealer visits and sales outreach. This role will have regular contact with customers to gather real insights from our client base.
- Operational Execution: Improving experiences in key operational areas including Title handling, the Logistics Centre experience, and more.
- Executive Sales Outreach: Contacting enterprise clients and leveraging new and existing relationships to successfully pitch the value of EBlock and its services.
What You Will Need:
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to work with different leaders, leveraging cross-functional experience to bridge needs across departments. Must treat all internal stakeholders like customers.
- Data-Driven Accountability: Responsible for showing value and improving ROI through data-driven value analysis, quantifying and weighing effort vs. result.
- Prioritization: Successfully prioritizing projects against company priorities, accepting that all can’t be done at once, and tracking/saving ideas for future implementation.
- Self-Management: Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and articulate the ROI to stakeholders. Must keep a backlog of items prepared to meet changing priorities.
- Sales Opportunity: Keen focus on looking for opportunities for sales, leveraging relationships to improve the experience, while also seizing opportunities for immediate transactions where possible.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
