Job Description
EcoGuard technicians go above and beyond and are pest pro's! You'll learn how to take care of a variety of issues for residential and commercial properties across the east and west valley.
Pay: Our team in the field works full time (730-8am until 430-5pm) and 5-15 hours of overtime are built into every pay period, which is every other Friday. We provide a company vehicle (2022+ GMC Sierra 1500) which is taken home upon completion of training. Fuel and insurance is paid for by the company and the truck is only used for EcoGuard business purposes.
In addition to the hourly wage, incentives are offered which benefit the customer and tech. There is no monthly cap to these incentives. (We have individuals making thousands in monthly bonus cash)
Training is paid and is over the course of two weeks.
There are leadership opportunities as we continue to grow and have no intention of slowing down!
