
Patient Access and Pre-Services Manager
Job Description
The Patient Access Manager leads the registration and pre-services teams at Pella Regional Health Center. The Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of the 24/7 Patient Access and Pre-Services Departments, partnering with the Patient Access Supervisor to support day-to-day operations, staff management, and performance, while driving customer service, patient satisfaction, staff development, and fiscal outcomes. This role supports departmental financial management, quality assurance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
