This role is centered on elevating software quality and delivery speed by combining deep automation expertise with strong technical leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment. You will design and implement robust test automation frameworks, ensure end-to-end quality across complex web applications, and contribute directly to improving sprint delivery efficiency. The position blends hands-on engineering with strategic influence, as you will help define testing standards, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and reduce production risks through proactive quality engineering. You will work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear acceptance criteria and reliable delivery outcomes. The environment values ownership, autonomy, and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on mentorship and cross-team collaboration.
