Pay: Starting at $55.00+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services to maximize function and independence
Supervise PTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Participate in care planning and discharge preparation
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Weekend availability preferred
