What you’ll do:
Role Summary
A hands-on Salesforce System Administrator with strong DevOps expertise, responsible for ensuring platform stability, efficient release management, and scalable governance practices. This role combines core administration, automation, and deployment excellence to support enterprise-grade Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end Salesforce administration including user management, access control, and environment management
• Lead release management activities ensuring smooth deployments
• Implement and manage DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners for release readiness
• Manage sandbox strategy including refresh cycles and data seeding
• Configure DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues
• Drive automation of routine administrative tasks
• Support audit and compliance requirements (SOX, ITGC)
• Ensure strong Salesforce security posture
• Act as a gatekeeper for production deployments
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of Salesforce Administration experience
Skills:
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience
• Experience with Git-based version control systems
• Hands-on with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT
• Understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment strategies
• Expertise in user access and security model
• Experience managing Salesforce environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Data migration experience (Data Loader, ETL tools)
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills
Nice to Have
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Exposure to MuleSoft or integration platforms
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield
• Agile/SCRUM experience
• Basic scripting skills
