Overview


CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

 

As an Associate Process Manager, you will be a part of the Work Flow Management team, which is responsible for coordinating the flow of work coming into the editing department, working with the client servicing team to meet customer requirements and being the first point of contact for editors working across the globe.

 

Please note: You will be expected to work in rotational shifts for the 24x7 process. Only candidates’ comfortable working in these shifts are requested to apply.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to understand and deliver on client requirements
  • Coordinate and respond to queries from in-house and freelance editors globally in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company processes to ensure effective execution
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with editors by fostering a positive and professional environment
  • Engage with editors through phone and email communication to ensure seamless coordination

Qualifications and Prerequisites


  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a client servicing or customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on professional email writing, grammar, empathy, and adherence to internal processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an added advantage
  • Ability to maintain a positive and composed attitude while handling high-pressure situations
