Engineering Team Lead (Engineer 2)

GAI is seeking an Engineering Team Lead (Engineer 2 Transmission Line) to join our Power Delivery team working remotely based in Homestead, PA. Required skills include transmission line design experience, critical thinking, problem solving, organization, team-focus with the ability to supervise & mentor junior staff, and eagerness to apply learned engineering principles to solve real life problems. We value work-life balance and offer flexibility – this position can be performed in a hybrid or fully remote capacity. The Engineering Team Lead (Engineer 2 Transmission Line) is responsible for technical leadership and the successful delivery of transmission line designs while maintaining the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of projects within GAI’s Transmission & Distribution Division.
