Job Description

Honeywell is seeking a highly skilled Sr Customer Support Management Professional / SPOT Coordinator to lead and drive excellence across our SPOT service operations. This role ensures operational discipline and strong performance execution across daily service activities - repairs, upgrades, retrofits, system optimization etc. He/she will be responsible for overseeing spot service jobs within Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire, and Security domains: ensuring accurate job estimation, effective project coordination, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.   • Prepare detailed estimates for spot service jobs (BMS, Fire, Security).
  • Create SPOT quotes in the quoting system and facilitate approval processes.
  • Send proposals to customers and follow up for feedback, approval, and order closure.
  • Complete job forecasting and monitor cost performance versus estimates.
  • Escalate issues when job execution deviates from targets.
  • Follow up with customers on invoices, paperwork, and satisfaction levels.
  • Support cash collection efforts and resolve payment disputes.
  • Bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering fields preferred)
  • 2–3 years of field / PM experience in building systems service (HVAC, Fire, Security)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise medium-sized teams, strong cost estimation and project content evaluation skills
  • Knowledge of Honeywell systems/products or similar technologies is an advantage
  • Project management experience is a plus, excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Advanced English written and spoken
