Job Description
- Lead cross-functional programs through the product lifecycle, ensure supply chain and design partner team deliverables are met in order to support critical program milestones.
- Support onboarding and qualification of suppliers through leading design reviews, specification C/D/Es, product statement of works (SOW), and engineers of record alignment.
- Ensure product designs are complete, accurate, and provided on schedule to enable a smooth transition to the execution team for on-time manufacturing and delivery.
- Act as first level escalation point where partner team deliverables are not being met. Proactively communicate program risks to leadership while providing mitigation recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize product design for manufacturing and supply chain, while accounting for risks and changes in schedule or demand.
