
Kitchen Runner- Banquets- Steady Extra (Flamingo LV)
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Runner is to transfer food inventory from the warehouse to the kitchen or kitchen to kitchen and restock goods.
• Ensure ingredient supply levels are accurate.
• Move items from storage shelves to carts and transport them to designated areas for restocking.
• Observe and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience required.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, in a professional manner.
• Neat appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Ability to obtain a Culinary Union referral, where applicable.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push carts weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy during periods of heavy business volume.
