Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking
- Demonstrate detailed expertise in cooking and holding requirements for products offered.
- Prepare all menu items for service

Kitchen Operations Management
- Support the kitchen team in delivering excellent quality to our guests in a timely manner.

Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to food and beverage safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Customer Service and Team Support
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and customers.
- Responds promptly and adequately to guest requests or concerns.
What you bring to Pacific Seafood

Required
- High school diploma or GED
-
Preferred
- One or more years of experience in the preparation and cooking of seafood and related products, or a combination of training and experience.
- Prior formal culinary training
- Food handler’s card
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skill
