Job Description
- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
- Deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
- Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events.
- Coordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to other financial products.
- Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
- Track and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
