  • Oversee the maintenance of risk inventories, risk-and-control matrices, and documentation aligned to global SOPs, standards, and enterprise control frameworks.
  • Develop and enhance risk indicators, dashboards, and reporting to provide timely visibility to leadership on key risk themes, trends, and remediation progress.

Issue Management, Escalation & Remediation

  • Own the GTC issue management lifecycle, including intake, triage, root cause analysis, severity rating, documentation, and escalation pathways.
  • Maintain the global issue log and ensure consistent tracking of corrective actions, milestones, owners, and evidence of closure.
  • Drive remediation planning with cross-functional stakeholders, monitor execution against action plans, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines and risk appetite.
  • Support drafting and coordination of responses to government inquiries, audits, and disclosures by providing risk/issue context, evidence packages, and remediation status in partnership with Legal and regional teams.

Enterprise Risk Management & Governance

  • Lead preparation and quality review of GTC inputs to the Enterprise Risk Management process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submissions.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for compliance councils, risk committees, and leadership presentations, including concise risk narratives and decision-focused recommendations.

Preferred:

  • Experience with global risk tracking/monitoring systems, issue management platforms, or analytics tools.
  • Prior experience implementing global trade compliance programs in Life Sciences/Health Care or other highly regulated industries.
