Leader, Machinist – Night Shift

Are you the machinist that others turn to when the setup is challenging, tolerances are tight, or a problem needs to be solved? ArtiFlex Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on leader to guide our night shift machining team and play a key role in building world-class stamping dies.
This is more than a machining or supervisory position—it's an opportunity to lead by example, mentor talented machinists, and help produce complex tooling that powers the automotive industry.
What You'll Do

Are you the machinist that others turn to when the setup is challenging, tolerances are tight, or a problem needs to be solved? ArtiFlex Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on leader to guide our night shift machining team and play a key role in building world-class stamping dies.
This is more than a machining or supervisory position—it's an opportunity to lead by example, mentor talented machinists, and help produce complex tooling that powers the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead night shift machining operations for large die components used in progressive, transfer, forming, and stamping dies.
- Review and optimize WorkNC CAM programs while supporting precision CNC machining from roughing through finish work.
- Partner with tool designers, engineers, and programmers to ensure components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot machining challenges, improve processes, and maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Coach and support machinists on the floor, balancing technical expertise with day-to-day leadership to keep work moving safely and on schedule.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in tool & die machining.
- Strong experience machining large die components and structural tool steel parts.
- Advanced CNC programming and CAM knowledge, with WorkNC experience preferred.
- Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and solve complex machining challenges.
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and a commitment to continuous improvement.
