Job Description
Support the implementation of CIMB Group’s enterprise-wide Talent Management framework to identify, develop, mobilize and retain high-potential talent across all job grades and Business Units regionally. This includes talent identification and assessment, talent reviews, succession planning, and holistic development initiatives such as on-the-job learning, cross-postings, leadership programmes and experiential development. Partner with stakeholders to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles and alignment with current and future business needs.
