About This Job
The FVP, Sr. Product Manager provides end-to-end ownership and strategic leadership for the Receivables product portfolio, including Cash Vault, Cash Deliveries, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit. This role drives product vision and roadmap execution aligned with bank and divisional priorities, client needs, and market trends. Responsible for advancing new product development and enhancing existing capabilities, the position plays a key role in delivering innovative solutions and supporting strategic initiatives such as Virtual Account Management and Push to Card.Responsibilities:
Receivables Products (Cash Vault, Cash Deliveries, Lockbox, Remote Deposit)
- Own the Product Roadmap for the Receivables product family, maintaining a complete backlog and recommending prioritization for product development efforts to meet both short-term and long-term strategic goals; present recommendations to senior and executive management
- Manage full product responsibilities for Cash Vault, including enabling national coverage and offering, vendor management, performance tracking, and reporting
- Maintain full ownership of Cash Deliveries, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit products, including product information, roadmaps, vendor relationships, performance metrics, and management reporting
- Ensure all product development efforts follow the established Treasury Management Product framework, working with key partners including Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Marketing, and other key constituents; ensure assigned products meet all regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements and fall within the bank’s risk appetite
- Recommend and establish product pricing; maintain product P&L. Build and track key metrics and management reporting for assigned products
- Manage monthly product performance reporting, including volumes, PxV analysis, and notable trends
- Manage Procurement engagements for new and existing vendor contract requirements across the Receivables product portfolio
- Perform ongoing market research, competitive research, and vendor research. Provide support and training to Sales and Operations
- Support periodic reporting requirements, including operational initiatives, MAPs, committee updates, and regulatory requests
- Assist with go-to-market communications for Receivables products, including instant payment integrations where applicable (e.g., FedNow, RTP)
Strategic Projects (Virtual Account Management & Push to Card)
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic product initiatives, including Virtual Account Management and Push to Card, as directed by senior leadership
- Support business case development, procurement requirements, and cross-functional coordination for assigned strategic projects
- Assist in preparing vendor scorecards, SWOT analyses, and final recommendations to executive leadership for strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- AAP or CTP is a plus
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Product experience, with demonstrated expertise in Receivables products (Cash Vault, Lockbox, Remote Deposit, or equivalent)
- Experience managing vendor relationships, product P&L, and cross-functional product development initiatives in a regulated banking environment
- Strategic product thinking and roadmap ownership
- Cross-functional collaboration (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, Sales, Operations)
- Data-driven decision making and management reporting
- Vendor management and procurement
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior and executive leadership
