Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires identifying key customer needs at a high level and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to address those needs. The Business Architect also focuses on developing detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational capabilities. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive these initiatives forward is a central aspect of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating collaborative discussions.
- Capability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
