Job Description

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative. 

What you’ll do:

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist will provide dedicated technical, and operational support to all retail Account Managers and offer Pro Sales support on the Lowe’s and Home Depot accounts. The position combines inside sales operational support with specialized Pro project support, ensuring timely quotes, order management, and technical assistance, within the retail business.

Key Responsibilities
Pro Sales Support
•    Serve as a dedicated inside sales partner to Account Managers 
•    Support quotes for the Lowe’s and Home Depot Pro business 
•    Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
•    Support sales with pricing, lead time, product availability, and policy guidance

Quoting & Small Project Support
•    Prepare and process customer quotes; manage quote renewals and follow-ups
•    Provide take-off support for small Pro projects 
•    Interpret basic drawings, scopes, and material lists to create preliminary BOMs
•    Partner with pricing, sales, and engineering for accurate and timely quote delivery

Order Management & Fulfillment
•    Support end-to-end order processing for Pro projects and standard orders
•    Ensure product accuracy, pricing alignment, and configuration correctness
•    Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and order management for on-time delivery
•    Manage post-order requests including changes, clarifications, and delivery coordination

Technical & Product Support
•    Respond to product selection, specification, and application inquiries
•    Cross-reference competitor part numbers to Eaton or approved equivalents
•    Provide technical guidance and escalate complex issues
•    Maintain working knowledge of Eaton product lines and competitive offerings

Customer & Sales Growth
•    Proactively follow up on quotes and orders 
•    Lead special projects (ex. SPA creation during GPI implementation)

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP, quoting tools, Bid Manager, and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or technical support
  • Experience with electrical, construction, or industrial products is a plus
  • Experience supporting quotations, order management, and small projects
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience providing commercial support to retail accounts
