Our high-performing dental practices in Winnipeg, Manitoba are seeking dedicated Associate Dentists interested in flexible, temporary contracts with the potential to turn into long-term roles.

COMPENSATION:
- Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% - 45% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
SCHEDULE:
- Flexible days
- Temporary/locum contracts (with potential for permanent placement)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program, or completion of the NDEB equivalency process
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Registered or in the process of registering with the Manitoba Dental Association
- We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
- Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to new graduate’s welcome with mentorship provided
