Job Description

The Work: The Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support to end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and account-related issues. This role is responsible for responding to service requests and incidents via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service-level agreements.   This position aligns with Cayuse’s core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables.
