Operator II

The CNC Operator role at UCT is responsible for skillfully operating CNC routers, milling, and turning machines to achieve daily output targets while ensuring manufacturing quality and safety standards. This position performs tool setup, test runs, and routine machine maintenance, while conducting self-inspections to verify precision and compliance with specifications. Operators manage jigs, fixtures, and workpiece handling, adhering to production schedules and work instructions. By combining technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to cleanroom protocols, the CNC Operator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality components and supporting UCT’s operational excellence in the semiconductor industry.
