Location:   This role will be hybrid, based out of our Mendota Heights, MN or Milwaukee, WI office.

Role Summary

EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Account Associate to join our team.   We need a passionate and engaged individual to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward.   As a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Account Associate works side by side with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Sales, Operations and Legal.

In addition, this role will also support an Executive level position at EQ for a portion of the day, equating to 25% of the tasked overall duties. Those duties will include coordination of meetings and travel, completing expense reports, office service tasks such as ordering supplies, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Executive.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with a Relationship Manager to service and grow a portfolio of 25 to 35 corporate clients

  • Answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls to customers.

  • Preparing, scheduling and participating in periodic reviews with corporate clients

  • Developing strong personal relationships with client contacts

  • Provide support to other Relationship Management Teams

  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills 

  • Solid problem solving and decision-making skills 

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization 

Compensation

  • Compensation is in the range of $21-25/hour and is commensurate with experience and location.
