Job Description
This position will report to the Supervisor/ Manager for Clinical Coordination and will support Inspira's mission, vision, and values with every patient. Responsible for performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties. Must be able to work hybrid at home and in office. Maintain a highly proficient status on Electronic Medical Record system. Job duties include but are not limited to Medication Proposals for IMG Practices, Prior Authorizations, Healthcare Concierge webforms and follow up calls, completion of standing orders for care gap closure, lab and test result delivery, annual wellness intakes, chart reviews and prep for upcoming appointments, records requests from other organizations, appointment scheduling, as well was supporting and elevating the patient's overall health concerns. Work on varies tasks assigned by leadership that can lead to the improvement of quality care for IMG primary care patients, including quality and chronic care issues.
