Job Description

Job Purpose
  • To create a Digital sales engine and establish it as a alternate channel of sales.
 Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage digital endeavors and help the company establish leadership in the category

  • Drive Online and Tele-assisted Sales platforms for the company. Execute the Direct to Consumer Strategy, including volume plan, expense plan, quality targets and client experience (NPS)Drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stake holders 
  • including Customers, Distributors and Employees

  • Generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels.
  • Support the product liaison and product teams in testing and rolling out initiatives to achieve the best and most efficient mortgage journey
  • Manage existing portals like website, mobile applications & social channels. Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
  • Manage all relationships with digital agencies, develop vendors, service providers etc

    The role requires the person to manage the digital sales through online aggregators

    The person will have to build strong relationship with relevant partners and help drive the sales numbers.

    End to end customer management including escalations

    Work across functions such as Finance, HR, IT, operations etc to optimize processes and smooth out issues 
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems
