Position Summary The Director of Mission Integration and Pastoral Care is responsible for the development and implementation of a continuum of Mission Integration initiatives and pastoral services and programs aimed at raising the identification of and association with the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago as a faith based Catholic Ministry by meeting the spiritual and religious needs of the residents, their families, and staff.
