What makes this role exciting

CloudPay is excited to welcome a Payroll Transition Specialist to our team in Budapest or Manila! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate preparation of monthly payrolls with the support of our trusted local partners. You'll also help finalize implementations for our EMEA-based clients and be the go-to person for any client, provider, or colleague inquiries related to payroll. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to take on varied ad-hoc tasks, keeping every day fresh and dynamic.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage communication between Customers and Service Partners

  • Validate payroll reports from Service Partners ensuring accurate payments are made to employees

  • Ensure all timelines are adhered to by all parties involved

  • Use and configure all available CloudPay tools to validate, review, and complete payroll activities

  • Assist with the stabilization of payrolls for handover to regular operation teams, including providing additional training to new customers and service partners

  • Recommend departmental-specific procedures and assist with implementing those that are approved

  • Evaluate the process and make recommendations to the Transition team lead on any improvements to the process

For PH-based candidates, this role follows hybrid working arrangement with 4x/month RTO. Work schedule is 3pm to 12mn.

Experience needed for this role

  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and with cross-functional teams

  • Highly analytical, has good time management skills, and must be willing to learn

  • Familiar with MS Excel

  • Payroll or project management experience nice to have
