JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Cook is responsible for supervising kitchen operations in assigned outlets in the absence of the Sous Chef. This role prepares and executes recipes to standard, trains culinary team members, and ensures consistency in food quality and guest experience. Lead Cooks support engagement efforts, participate in events and buzz sessions, and uphold the culinary standards set by the Chef. A strong commitment to service, teamwork, and operational excellence is essential.
