A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced, healthcare recruitment role.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates in a high volume, fast paced environment. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Provide exceptional candidate experience and effective partnership with hiring managers. Collaborate with members of the recruiting team to support short- and long-term organizational objectives.
