Purpose of Role   

Reporting to the Admin Manager, this role is crucial in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing of students during their commute to and from Sancta Maria International School. We are seeking a responsible and caring Assistant Student Affairs with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a school or child supervision setting.

Key Responsibilities   

  • Escort students safely on school buses during pick-up and drop-off.
  • Ensure students are seated properly and maintain discipline on the bus.
  • Assist young children while boarding and alighting from the bus.
  • Maintain daily attendance of students using transport.
  • Communicate with parents regarding student behaviour, delays, or issues related to transport.
  • Serve meals to students in an orderly and hygienic manner.
  • Support teachers with routine classroom activities and student supervision.
  • Report incidents or concerns to the Admin Manager or Transport In-charge promptly.       

Qualifications

Minimum Education: SSC or Intermediate
